KAY KAY KEUNG

Kay Kay has been a strength & conditioning coach and fitness entrepreneur for over 10 years, striving to advance the performance of competitive athletes as well as the fitness of regular gym goers. As an athlete herself, she has competed at the national, international and world cup level in powerlifting, weightlifting, long distance running and lacrosse.
Along with teaching complete beginners how to strength train, she specializes in coaching powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting and has successfully coached many of Hong Kong’s champions and record holders in both barbell sports. Her goal as a coach is to help everyone she works with become a stronger and more confident version of themselves, no matter what level they start at.

KEITH TSOI

Keith Tsoi is a passionate Powerlifting and Strength Coach with a background as a competitive dragon boat paddler, basketball player, and powerlifter. His coaching philosophy is built on a core principle: technique comes first. Keith believes that mastering proper movement is the key to building strength, staying injury-free, and achieving long-term progress.
More than just guiding workouts, Keith’s purpose is to empower his clients with knowledge and confidence. He strives to help them understand the why behind every movement, fostering a sense of ownership over their fitness journey. By combining tailored programming, precise coaching, and consistent support, Keith creates an environment where clients can train with intention, push their limits, and grow both physically and mentally. Driven by a deep sense of purpose, Keith is dedicated to helping his clients unlock their potential, build resilience, and discover their true strength.

Rob grew up with a sports background, playing American Football, Rugby, Basketball, Volleyball, Track n Field and Wrestling. He has been in the Hong Kong fitness industry for 18 years. Since 2006, Rob has helped clients as a personal trainer, Crossfit and S&C coach, and a Weightlifting coach. His passion for coaching and his desire for his clients to succeed is widely known. His goal is to always make sure each of his clients become a better version of themselves.

ALFRED LEUNG

Alfred was raised as a competitive swimmer, he participated in numerous swimming competitions in HK when he was young and competed in the County while in the UK. He is a dedicated coach with a strong background in Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit, and sports conditioning. After training extensively in Olympic Weightlifting and CrossFit in 2021, he transitioned into coaching in 2023, bringing a passion for developing strength, technique, and athleticism. Specializing in handstands, ring movements, Olympic Weightlifting, and overall strength building, Alfred focuses on creating tailored programs that improve performance, enhance mobility, and build long-term fitness including mastering new skills or improving your strength and conditioning, He loves bringing a good vibe in both group and personal training, helping them gain confidence and resilience that lasts well beyond the gym.
