Within 2 minutes from Central MTR station, our gym is conveniently located near major commercial buildings and offices, making it easy for busy professionals and fitness enthusiasts to train with us. We provide expert personal training, high attention small group classes, top-tier equipment, private shower rooms, free towel service and a friendly community of like minded individuals working on their goals together.
